Fives

The Pre-K Five program at St. Mark’s Preschool is designed for children turning five between July and December. It is an in-between step for children who have completed a Fours program but are not quite ready for kindergarten. Our curriculum is designed following the “Project Approach”. Learn more about the Pre-K Fives curriculum here.  The Head Teacher is Mrs. Wilderman, a former elementary teacher who holds a Master’s degree with a specialty in reading. Along with Assistant Teacher Mrs. Strazsky, who also hold a Master’s degree in Education, The Pre-K Fives provide a daily schedule that balances exploration of concepts, kindergarten readiness, and creativity along with time to play both indoors and out.

Hours:
Monday/Wednesday 9:00am-1:55pm

Tuesday/Thursday 9:00am-12:00pm (optional extended day until 1:55pm)
